Rubi Royale Couture(RRC) is committed to offering exclusive and limited-edition fashion items. Due to the high demand and meticulous craftsmanship involved in creating our pieces, stock availability can be limited. We strive to fulfill all orders promptly; however, certain items may be subject to backorder. We appreciate your understanding and patience should this occur.

Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products available for sale, discontinue any product at any time, and reject any order.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Rubi Royale Couture. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order (the "Order Confirmation"). The Order Confirmation does not mean that your order has been accepted. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we dispatch your order. At this point, the purchase contract will be made, and we will charge your payment card.

We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in USD.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Rubi Royale Couture is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance processes. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange the item within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at rubirash@rubiroyle.com. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

RRC reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these requirements.

All content included in the Services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of Rubi Royale Couture or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
